1. Operator and contact

diiiid.cn is operated by Song Guihua in an individual capacity. Send privacy, access, or deletion requests to mysf88306@gmail.com.

2. Data we process

• diiiid.cn account details created by an administrator, such as name, email address, role, and permissions.
• YouTube channel identifiers, channel and video metadata, public statistics, YouTube Analytics reports, and synchronization status obtained after explicit user authorization.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens used to maintain authorization; refresh tokens are stored using AES-256-GCM encryption.
• Login, authorization, synchronization, and audit records needed to secure and troubleshoot the service.
• A strictly necessary, HTTP-only session cookie used to keep signed-in users authenticated for up to 12 hours. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. How data is used

Data is used only to provide channel and video analytics, perform requested synchronization, manage access, secure the service, troubleshoot issues, and provide support.

4. Google user data

diiiid.cn uses YouTube API Services and requests only youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly. We do not obtain or store Google passwords and do not access channel data without user authorization. Our use and transfer of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google handles information under the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Sharing and commercial use

We do not sell personal information or Google user data, share it with unrelated third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Infrastructure providers process data only as needed to operate the service, or it may be disclosed when legally required.

6. Retention, revocation, and deletion

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security records, and meet legal obligations. Users may revoke diiiid.cn through their Google Account permissions or email mysf88306@gmail.com to request account and related data deletion. We verify the requester and act within a reasonable period; limited copies may remain temporarily for legal, security, or backup-recovery purposes.

7. Security and policy changes

We use HTTPS, access controls, encrypted tokens, and a restricted database network to reduce risk, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
